At the company, the annual year-end party is always scheduled for the last day before the Lunar New Year holiday, a day everyone fondly calls "Spring Festival Gala." The "Bai Jingyu Spring Festival Gala" is one of the company's largest collective events, held annually since 2005. The venue has been upgraded over the years, from a simple hotel to a five-star hotel. For the past eight years, it has been held in the grand conference halls of the Dongjiao State Guesthouse or the Dongjiao International Conference Center.

　　The programs for the company's "Spring Festival Gala" are diverse, including song and dance, skits, poetry recitation, opera medleys, double-act traditional Chinese comedic performances, fast-talking comedic routines, and more. All programs are self-written and directed by employees, full of creativity. The song performances are unique—using familiar and beautiful melodies, the lyrics are rewritten based on the company's development, creating new songs that reflect the company's progress. Every word embodies the spirit and vitality of Bai Jingyu people: "Li Huan Song," "Preparation Export Song," "Bai Jingyu People Conquer the World," "The Ballad of Bai Jingyu Eye Drops," etc. Over the years, nearly a hundred songs have been accumulated, expressing employees' deep love for the company.

　　To enrich the gala and elevate its artistic level, the company has invited the Nanjing Philharmonic Orchestra, Nanjing University Symphony Orchestra, and the Frontline Song and Dance Troupe for many years. Performances include drum music, violin solos, Sheng solos, Peking Opera face-changing, impersonations, dynamic band performances, and symphonies, providing a warm and romantic artistic experience. The lottery draws interspersed throughout the gala have increasingly better prizes and more winners each year, allowing everyone to enjoy a wonderful feeling of added joy in a happy and harmonious atmosphere.
