In the company, the annual meeting is arranged on the last day before the Spring Festival holiday, which everyone likes to call the "Spring Festival Gala." "Bai Jingyu Spring Festival Gala" is one of the company's largest collective activities. It has been held annually since 2005. The venue has been continuously upgraded from the original ordinary hotel to the later five-star hotel. In the past eight years, every time They all rent the conference halls of the Dongjiao State Guest House or the Dongjiao International Conference Center, which is magnificent.

　　 The company’s "Spring Festival Gala" programs include singing and dancing, sketches, poetry recitations, opera joint singing, quyi double reeds, allegro cross talk, etc., in various forms, all written and directed by the employees, full of creativity. The singing of the song is also unique-borrowing the beautiful melody that everyone is familiar with, refilling the lyrics according to the current situation of the company's development, and adapting it into a new song that reflects the development of the company. The words and sentences all contain the striving and energetic style of Bai Jingyu: "Song of Li Huan", "Song of Preparation Export", "Bai Jingyu People Entering the World", "Bai Jingyu's Ophthalmology" and so on... Over the years, there have been nearly 100 songs, which also express the staff Deep love for business.

In order to make the show more colorful and improve the artistic level of the party, the company has invited singers from the Nanjing Philharmonic Orchestra, Nanjing University Symphony Orchestra, and Frontline Song and Dance Ensemble to join in the fun for many years: drum performance, violin solo, sheng solo, Peking opera face-changing, imitation show, dynamic band performance, symphony and so on, brought warm and romantic artistic enjoyment to everyone. 科技大会

　　公司的科技大会始于2005年9月17日，每两年一届，至2015年9月13日已举办了六届。每届科技大会公司都会根据企业发展现状确立相关的主题。

　　六届大会的主题分别是：①肯定成绩找差距，加快发展公司科技;②依靠科技进步，增强企业实力;③产品研发永无止境;④装备更新永无止境;⑤环境保护永无止境;⑥高端市场永无止境。

　　技术创新是每个企业都孜孜以求的目标，但意识到这个问题并不等于就解决了这个问题，找到适合企业实际的创新方法，就会事半功倍。公司的科技大会，就是为了鼓励员工创新、营造创新氛围的一个载体，也是公司各项创新成果亮相的一个大舞台，让两年来各种有助于公司发展的新观点、新技术在会上得以展示，表彰先进，让有技能的员工赢得关注和尊重。

　　公司一直坚信，只有坚持科技创新，才能不断提升产品质量和档次，才会给企业在激烈的市场竞争中找到一条既能造福员工和社会、又能获取经济效益的可持续发展之路。

文体活动

　　公司的各类文体活动，其实就是公司文化产品的一种，是传播企业文化载体，采用大家喜闻乐见的形式，促使企业文化更贴近员工的工作和生活，结合对员工的关爱之情，使企业文化更容易走进员工心里，潜移默化传递企业文化。

　　主要的文体活动有：

　　爬紫金山登头陀岭活动。通常都是在放长假期间组织，每次都是浩浩荡荡两三百人，爬上山顶签到并给予物质奖励，激励大家不做半途而废的人。

　　工间操活动。主要针对伏案工作的员工。起初是每天上、下午分别做两遍广播操，后随着广场舞的兴起，总经理自己带头与员工一起学跳广场舞，大家身心愉悦，内心充满归属感。从2015年开始，工间操期间又开始学打太极拳，强健身体。

　　大合唱活动。公司最早的大合唱出现在2011年高端制剂药车间的奠基仪式上，面对各级领导，员工演唱了《利焕之歌》、《制剂出口之歌》等，震撼现场，也受到了来宾的好评。2015年第六届科技大会上的大合唱，全公司各部门200多人次参与，一共演唱了18首歌，规模空前，老板亲自指挥的“百人合唱团”演唱了六首歌，参会的集团领导大加赞赏，高度评价，称这样的合唱“一如会议的主题：科技、创新、创造。”表示像“这样的企业，我们怎么会不热爱她”呢?并祝福“我们的企业在陶董事长的带领下，一定会走向更大的辉煌。”
